My latest health records aren’t showing up in the app. How do sync them directly?

  1. Check Apple Health permissions: iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Lotus → enable “Clinical Records.”

  2. Open Health app → Health Records: Make sure your providers are listed and connected; if you see “Reconnect/Update,” tap it.

  3. Give it a little time: Some health systems update overnight; Lotus also runs regular syncs and processes background updates when iOS delivers them.

  4. Still missing? Send us the provider name at support@lotus.ai and we’ll investigate the connection.
