Check Apple Health permissions: iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Lotus → enable “Clinical Records.”
Open Health app → Health Records: Make sure your providers are listed and connected; if you see “Reconnect/Update,” tap it.
Give it a little time: Some health systems update overnight; Lotus also runs regular syncs and processes background updates when iOS delivers them.
