We’ve designed prescription requests in Lotus to be safe, simple, and transparent.
Start a request in chat. Tell Lotus what medication you’re asking about and why.
Example: “I’d like to explore gabapentin for back pain.”
Answer a few quick questions. Lotus will collect the essentials needed to route your request safely (like your reason for the request and your preferred pharmacy).
Clinician review. Your request is sent for asynchronous review by a licensed clinician. Response times can vary.
You’ll get the outcome in chat. If it’s approved, you’ll see confirmation details. If it’s not approved, you’ll either be asked for a missing detail or guided toward other options.
Important
Lotus is not able to prescribe controlled substances, including Schedule I–V medications. For more information on drug scheduling: https://www.dea.gov/drug-information/drug-scheduling
We cannot provide prescriptions through our support chat channel. You must directly chat with Lotus AI to coordinate a prescription review.
